Owner Narrative
TAKATA RECALL I WAS NOTIFIED OF AN S14 RECALL SOME TIME AGO I THEN CALLED THE DEALER (DULUTH DODGE) TO TAKE CARE OF THE RECALL. MY INFORMATION WAS TAKEN DOWN & I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL WHEN PARTS WERE AVAILABLE. I HAVE SINCE RECEIVED A R49 RECALL & UPON CALLING THE DEALER I WAS TOLD PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE & THAT I SHOULD CALL BACK IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. I WAS TOLD THAT CHRYSLER WOULD NOTIFY ME WHEN PARTS WERE AVAILABLE, THIS WAS DIFFERENT INFORMATION THAN THE FIRST RECALL ; TWO DIFFERENT STORIES. WHAT DO I BELIEVE & HOW DO I GET THESE RECALLS RESOLVED.
