TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD CROWN VICTORIA. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL BECAME INOPERABLE INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED.
