TL* THE CONTACT RENTED A 2012 FORD E-350 UHAL TRUCK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE OVER 40 MPH. THE CONTACT WAS TRAVELING ON THE INTERSTATE DURING HIGH WINDS WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 63,586.
