TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD CROWN VICTORIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT ANY WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AND PLACED INTO THE PARK POSITION AFTER THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000.
