Owner Narrative
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE HEADLIGHTS WERE DIM AND PREVENTED THE CONTACT FROM SEEING THE ROAD. THE CONTACT ACTIVATED THE HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHTS, WHICH WERE NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH EITHER. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER WHO STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LIGHTS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REMEDIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 700.
