TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHEVROLET SILVERADO EQUIPPED WITH YOKOHAMA GEOLANDAR A/T-S TIRES, SIZE: LT215/85R16 (NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TIRES FAILED TO PASS AN INSPECTION BECAUSE THE TREAD WAS TOO THIN. THE TIRES WERE NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 144,322 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
