TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 DODGE DAKOTA. WHILE REFUELING THE VEHICLE, THERE WAS FUEL LEAKING UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT NOTICED ONE OF THE TUBES ON THE TOP OF THE FUEL TANK HAD FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 185,000.
