TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. WHILE REPLACING THE BATTERY IN THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE SHOCK TOWER HAD EXTREME CORROSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SUSPENSION SUPPORT FRACTURED, MAKING THE VEHICLE UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
