Complaint Summary

EXTERIOR LIGHTING

Owner Narrative

THE HEADLIGHTS IN THE VEHICLE ARE VERY DIM. THEY HAVE A PROJECTOR LIGHT IN THEM AND ONLY HAVE ONE BULB, THEY PROJECTOR MOVES WHEN SWITCHING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN BRIGHT AND DIMS. THE PROBLEM IS THERE'S ONE LITTLE YELLOW CIRCLE OUT IN FRONT OF THE TRUCK ABOUT 30 FEET, THE BRIGHTS DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, AND THERE IS NO LIGHTING TO THE SIDES OF THE TRUCK. THERE IS NO LIGHT ON THE CURB AND MAKING A TURN IS NOT ONLY DIFFICULT BUT ALSO UNSAFE. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN 3 TIMES TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP. I READ ONLINE THAT THERE IS AN UPDATE THAT SENDS MORE VOLTAGE TO THE HEADLIGHTS BUT THEY ALSO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT. THE LAST TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T EVEN ALIGN THE LIGHTS BECAUSE I HAD PUT AFTERMARKET BULBS IN JUST TO BE ABLE TO SEE. THE FOG LIGHTS ARE TWICE AS BRIGHT AS THE HEADLIGHT, I'VE TOLD THEM THAT, CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, TOLD THEM THAT, AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. I SEE ONLINE THAT IT IS A COMMON COMPLAINT AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT. ALSO THE ONES LIKE MINE WITH THE VIBRATING SAFETY SEAT GET LOOSE, ALSO A COMMON COMPLAINT, AND THEY WON'T COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY OR RECALL.
