TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 DODGE RAMS 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, AN ABNORMAL SOUND EMITTED FROM THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER WHEELS. THE FAILURE RECURRED CONSTANTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 10E040000 (WHEELS). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 253,000.
