BOTH OF MY TRUCKS WHEEL WELL ARE RUSTING OUT. ITS A 2007 THEY SHOULD NOT BE RUSTING OUT FROM THE INSIDE OUT. PLUS THE PASSENGER SEAT BELT WILL NOT RETRACT..
