TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 ISUZU NPR. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE HEAD LAMPS FAILED AND THE FAINT HIGH BEAM WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
