TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, IT WOULD HESITATE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
