TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE DAKOTA. WHILE DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE BRAKES MALFUNCTIONED AND MADE THE VEHICLE DIFFICULT TO STOP. WHILE INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE BRAKE FLUID LEAKED FROM THE VEHICLE DUE TO RUSTING AND CORROSION OF THE METAL BRAKE LINES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000.
