Complaint Summary
EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Owner Narrative
I WISH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HEADLIGHTS ON THIS VEHICLE. THEY ARE REALLY TERRIBLE. LOW BEAM DOES NOT PROJECT FAR ENOUGH, AND HIGH BEAM SEEMS TO ILLUMINATE ROAD SIGNS AT A DISTANCE, BUT NOT ADEQUATE FOR THEIR PURPOSE. SEEMS AS THEY ARE MORE OF A SPOTLIGHT THAN A HEADLIGHT. THESE ARE THE MOST UNSAFE HEADLIGHTS I HAVE EVER HAD IN 43 YEARS OF DRIVING. AGAIN, THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT THANKFULLY, AND I JUST WISH TO FILE MY COMPLAINT AND CONCERN. THANK YOU. *TR
