Owner Narrative
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED AND FAILED TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S HOME. THE CONTACT EXAMINED THE VEHICLE AND DETERMINED THAT THE FUEL INJECTION WIRE HARNESS WAS DEFECTIVE. THE WIRE HARNESS WAS REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT REMEDIED. ALSO, THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE REAR HATCH DOOR WOULD ERRONEOUSLY UNLOCK INTERMITTENTLY. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
