TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 GMC SIERRA. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPED INTO THE THIRD AND FOURTH GEARS AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
