TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE DAKOTA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW OPENED INDEPENDENTLY AND THE GLASS BECAME STUCK IN THE DOWN POSITION. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE REGULATOR FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED TWICE, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,803.
