Owner Narrative

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REVERSING, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BLEW. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE COIL SPRING FRACTURED. AS A RESULT, THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC REPLACED THE COIL SPRING AND TIRE. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT ON A DIFFERENT OCCASION, THE FRONT PASSENGERS COIL SPRING AND TIRE HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THEAPPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
