TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE STARTED VIBRATING VIOLENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE CENTER DRIVE SHAFT BEARING AND THE TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM AND THE CONTACT WAS UNAWARE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 10V036000 (EQUIPMENT) .THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 14,700.
