TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD E350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL AND ACCELERATOR PEDAL WERE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT WAS CONSTANTLY DEPRESSING BOTH PEDALS AT THE SAME TIME AND ALMOST CAUSING A CRASH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE DEFECT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
