THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 5 MPH IN TRAFFICE . THE CONTACT HIT THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN IN FOR REPAIRS. THE CONTACT DID NOT NOTIFY THE MANUFICATURE. LG
