TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE WINDOW INDEPENDENTLY OPENED. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL MONTHS LATER ON THE REAR PASSENGER WINDOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT BOTH WINDOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLIES WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
