TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HUMMER H2. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE SPEEDOMETER MALFUNCTIONED AND BECAME STUCK AT ONE SPEED READING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 63,000.
