TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE DAKOTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 13V038000 (POWER TRAIN) HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE TIME FOR REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD RECEIVED THE LETTER SIX MONTHS PRIOR AND STILL HAD NOT HAD THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT COULD NOT PROVIDE A TIME FOR THE PART TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. UPDATED 3/5/14*CN
