How the setup overlay was recorded
FMCSA licenses brokers. It does not publish authority-age gates. This overlay does.
Licensed brokers live on TruckCodex USDOT pages; this overlay is only brokers whose setup rules we recorded (or a public setup/website link). Missing from this list does not mean unlicensed.
Harvest date: 27 August 2026. Sources: public RMIS onboarding pages and Wayback captures of the same pages.
We do not recrawl *.rmissecure.com (Cloudflare bot challenge). We do not guess a gate.
- Unknown — requirement not found (often invite-only). Not “no minimum.”
- A0 — we read a published list with no age line.
- broker-published vs third-party directory – unverified — the latter never headlines the new-authority slice.
- Unmatched name/email rows stay listed. We only attach a USDOT when a unique corporate email domain hits one licensed broker. Conflicting age gates never share a USDOT.
