How to batch screen
- Copy USDOTs from your spreadsheet — One number per line, or comma-separated.
- Submit the batch form — We resolve MC numbers to USDOT independently per row.
- Sort by REJECT first — Hard blockers surface as REJECT in the verdict column.
- Drill into book-check — Open the USDOT link for full blocker/caution detail.

- How many USDOT numbers can I paste?
- Up to 25 unique tokens per submission. Duplicates are deduplicated.
- Is batch screening free?
- Yes. Public FMCSA data only — no login, no CSV export paywall.
- Why POST instead of a shareable URL?
- Batch pastes can contain sensitive customer lists. POST results are noindex and not cached at the edge.
- Does this replace CarrierSentry or CarrierOk monitoring?
- This is a point-in-time screen. Continuous monitoring and email alerts are planned separately.
- What verdict rules does the table use?
- Same PASS / CAUTION / REJECT booking-verdict logic as /tools/book-check/ and our USDOT booking card — hard blockers first, then caution signals. Not a proprietary score.
- Can I export the batch table to CSV?
- Not on this page yet. Copy from the table or use /find/ radius search with CSV export for prospect lists.
