RECARO HAS STATED VIA EMAIL THAT THEIR PROBOOSTER AND VIVO REQUIRE HEAD SUPPORT BEHIND THEIR BOOSTERS. NOW THIS CONTRADICTS WHAT IS IN THE PROBOOSTER MANUAL AS IT SAYS TO REMOVE THE HEADREST IF NEEDED TO GET A PROPER INSTALL, NO GAP. THIS EMAIL WAS SHARED ON CAR-SEAT.ORG BUT NOT REPORTED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. *TR
