TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 FORD F-350. WHILE TRAVELING 70 MPH THE CONTACT NOTICED A LOUD POP SOUND COMING FROM OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE, SECONDS LATER, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE TIRE HAD SUDDENLY EXPLODED WITHOUT WARNING CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A NEARBY GUARD RAIL. THE CONTACT SUFFERED A CONCUSSION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED FOR THE INCIDENT. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED AND THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WAS 50000.
