Owner Narrative

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 FORD F350. THE VEHICLE HAS COOPER TIRES. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN VIBRATING EXCESSIVELY. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND NOTICED THAT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE WAS COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE. HE REPLACED THE TIRE. FOUR WEEKS LATER, THE TREAD SEPARATED FROM THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE. TWO WEEKS LATER, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT HIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 06T016000 (TIRES:TREAD/BELT); HOWEVER, ALL THREE TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE VIN, ENGINE SIZE, TIRE LINE AND SIZE WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 19,000.
