WINDSHIELD WIPERS QUIT WORKING AND STUCK IN THE UPWARD POSITION WHEN IN USE. WINDSHIELD WIPERS MAY OR MAY NOT RESTART. THIS REDUCED THE DRIVER'S VISIBILITY. DEALERSHIP INDICATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER CIRCUIT BOARD WAS BAD, AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
