WHILE DRIVING IN THE RAIN, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORKED INTERMITTENTLY. DEALER WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT A RECALL BUT STATED THE CONSUMER'S TRUCK WAS NOT ONE APART OF THE RECALL. THE CONSUMER HAD TO REPLACE AT HIS OWN EXPENSE. $58.38. *AK *CB *JB
