CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL ID 00V110000/ MANUFACTURER'S RECALL 00031. PLUG ON EMISSION PIPE ASSEMBLY IS CAUSING FUEL TO LEAK FROM VCM WIRING. IT'S ALLOWING FUEL TO COME BACK UP THROUGH TUBE.*AK
