Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2025 Honda Palisade. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the Forward Collision Avoidance system intermittently activated; however, there were no individual or objects in front of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed; however, the cause of the failure was not yet determined. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer several times to be diagnosed; however, the dealer stated that the cause of the failure was not yet determined. The failure mileage was approximately 900.
