Owner Narrative
âOn XXX, I rented a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV (VIN: [XXX], Unit # XXX) from Fox Rent A Car at Las Vegas Airport under Rental Agreement # XXX. Upon conducting a post-pickup walk-around inspection, I discovered that both rear 205/60R16 tires have unsafe tread depth, with the left rear tire being severely worn and bald with less than 1/16" (2/32") of tread remaining. As a Class A CDL holder, I recognize providing a vehicle with multiple unsafe rear tires as an immediate safety hazard that poses extreme blowout, hydroplaning, and control-loss risks on public roadways.
