The contact stated that on four occasions while driving at various speeds, the pre-collision warning light activated, and the Forward Collision Avoidance Automatic Emergency Braking activated and stopped the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
