TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM
Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the vehicle unexpectedly shifted to reverse(R) and rolled backwards unintendedly at approximately 10 MPH. The brake pedal was pumped several times to stop the vehicle. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights were illuminated, and the messages âCollision Protection OFFâ, âService ABSâ and âTraction Control OFFâ were displayed during the failure. The dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 31,057.
