Complaint Summary
BACK OVER PREVENTION: WARNINGS
Owner Narrative
The rearview camera intermittently fails when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. The image flickers, becomes distorted, upside down, or goes completely blank. This is a known issue covered under Recall #59C, but the dealer stated there is currently no available remedy. The failure makes backing up unsafe and unpredictable.
Owner-submitted narrative on file with NHTSA. Complaint narratives are self-reported and have not been verified.
