Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that the seat belt alert system failed to chime while the driverâs seat was occupied, and the seat belt was not fastened. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed the contact that the vehicle was functioning properly and was not able to diagnose a failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000.
