THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY SPEED 65 MPH WHEAT ROAD SURFACE, SUDDENLY THE TRUCK STEER TO THE LEFT WHEN THE DRIVER TRIES TO CORRECT THE TRUCK IN A STRAIGHT POSITION THE STEERING WHEEL IS NOT RESPONDING, AFTER A FRACTION OF THE SECOND THE TRUCK TURN TO RIGHT CROSSING 2 LINE TRAVELING HIT THE RAILS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND END UP INTO A TREE.
