FOOT GAS PEDAL IS LOCKED IN ONE SPEED.AT ENGINE RPM OF 1200. RPM DROPS TO 500 WHEN STEPPED ON BRAKE PEDAL. I .HAD TO PULL OVER AND HAVE IT TOWED.. NO RESPONSE USING GAS PEDAL.
