TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE SPRINTER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 15V354000 (AIR BAGS) AND 16V077000 (AIR BAGS). THE PART TO DO THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. NEW COUNTRY AUTO CENTER IN CORTEZ, COLORADO WAS MADE AWARE OF THE RECALLS AND STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE UNAVAILABLE AND WOULD HAVE TO BE ORDERED FROM DENVER, COLORADO. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
