Owner Narrative
THE CAR SEAT COMES WITH A BASE SO THE CAR SEAT CAN BE EASILY DETACHED AND CARRIED INSIDE. THE CAR SEAT IN THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS WILL NOT DETACH FROM THE BASE. WE PULLED THE ENTIRE UNIT OUT AND WAS ABLE TO GET IT DETACHED BUT THE PROBLEM RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. THE CAR SEAT IS CURRENTLY STUCK IN ITS BASE. RECARO WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE ISSUE BUT REFUSED TO HONOR THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
