RECALL FIX ISSUED BY MANUFACTURER DOES NOT WORK. THE TETHER STRAP THAT IS SUPPOSED TO GO THROUGH THE "LOOP" OF THE STRAP THAT WAS PROVIDED IS TOO SMALL AND THEREFORE INEFFECTIVE IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM OF THE FORWARD FACING BACK PORTION COMING APART DURING A CRASH.
