TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GMC SIERRA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE SPARE TIRE DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,000.
