Owner Narrative

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the Check Engine warning light illuminated, and the engine failed, causing the vehicle to become inoperable. The vehicle was able to restart and was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed with fuel injector failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000.
