Owner Narrative

The contact owns a 2020 Ram 3500. The contact stated that the vehicle, began to make a loud noise, and misfired. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with repaired; however the issue persisted. The vehicle was not taken for repairs again. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The approximate mileage 120,000.
