The contact owns a 2021 Keystone Keystone Trailer. The contact stated the stove vent failed to blow outside and was instead blowing the burner out on the stove. There were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified but no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 42,000. The contact stated that a local dealer installed a new vent but the issue still exists.
