TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD F-350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE FELL ASLEEP WHILE DRIVING AND THE VEHICLE TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY WHERE HE CRASHED INTO TWO TREES. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT WAS UNINJURED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
