Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the messages âAuto Park Disabledâ, âService Electronic Stability Controlâ, and âTrailer Brake Systemâ were displayed. Additionally, while hauling a camper, the message âTrailer Brakes Disabledâ was displayed, and the trailer brakes became inoperable. After restarting the vehicle, the failure was self-corrected, and the trailer brakes operated normally. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, but the cause of the failures was not yet determined. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 65,000.
